If you read my last post you know that I experienced tremendous change during 2013!
Part of that change involved various updates in my wardrobe.
This was nothing fancy, mind you!
When I began to figure out what clothes I’d keep and what I’d donate, I discovered an array of gray tee shirts that seemed to summarize the changes I experienced throughout the year.
I was amazed when I put them on…and I had fun taking all the photos…then I realized I’d enjoy sharing the transformation!
I hope you enjoy looking at my experiences in 2013 through the lens of my gray tee shirts…and also some comfy yoga pants!

Yes, at the end of 2013 I’m standing in one leg from a pair of yoga pants I wore a year ago!
Oh yeah!!
Cathy also decided to try on a pair of yoga pants that she wore a year ago. Yes, she’s now able to stand inside one pant leg! The current view is top right. As you can see she experienced tremendous change in 2013. Here’s looking forward to 2014!

Be good to yourselves!
Please take the time you need to take care of yourselves.
In doing so you’ll be replenished, and you’ll also gain the energy and focus to care for others.
